We, at SHIKSHAK-KUL, have pledged our toll and spirits to this idea in all its width, and are consequently driven by the goal of making a profound impact on the lives of our children by revolutionizing the quality of schooling that they receive. We believe in the motto of “Educate Empower Evolve”. Our ultimate vision is to see our society prosper and we believe that education is the magic wand that can systematically achieve this goal. We seek to dispel the confinement of education to mere ‘subjects’ and are hell-bent on facilitating
the holistic development of a child.
Our Story
SHIKSHAK-KUL is a LLP firm registered under the LLP Act 2008 and deals with providing technical, analytical and logistical services to educational institutions. The firm was founded in 2017. Its membership comprises of two partners who are co-founders and who wish to transform their concurring dream of empowering children by making education efficient, inclusive and holistic, into reality. The partners also happen to be childhood friends and apart from sharing this tremendous vision, they share a penchant for cricket and samosas!

Kushagra Bajpai
Director
Kushagra Bajpai nurtured at St. Aloysius’ High School and finished his schooling from Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Centre with a whooping 91 percentage in the ISC examinations. Fondly referred to as the ‘science nerd’ by his friends for being perennially inquisitive about all natural phenomenon, he pursued his interest in science and graduated in Chemistry Honors from Ramjas College, University of Delhi. His quest for delving deeper into the world of elements and substances drove him to pursue a Masters in Chemistry from the prestigious NIT Nagpur from where he graduated in the year 2017.
During his college years he found his inner calling when he started teaching school/grad students (more often than not for free) and decided that he must dedicate his life for the cause of education. His resolve for the same was demonstrated by his resolute stand to not give in to fancy corporate jobs with their ever tempting perks and instead, went into research. He currently teaches physics in a private educational institution in rural UP so that he can help deprived rural kids to compete with their relatively affluent urban counterparts. His ambition to serve the children and brighten their future is the basis of the foundation of SHIKSHAK-KUL
Vishnu Maheshwari
Director
Vishnu Maheshwari passed out of St. Aloysius’ High School after categorically conquering the topper’s position in the batch for almost all his school life. He was a prolific debater and was revered across the spectrum for his industrious disposition, his sharp event management skills and, of course, his grasp of mathematical concepts. He scandalized his teachers’ and parents’ choice when he decided to pursue an Honors in Mathematics from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi rather than joining the engineering bandwagon because everyone was confident that he would make it to any college he liked. He graduated with flying colors and continued his love for numbers by completing his post graduation from Department of Operational Research, University of Delhi. He worked for more than a year in Cognitio Analytics Pvt. Ltd. which was a startup and had caught his fancy because of the incredible learning avenues it offered. But like his partner, he also had a deep desire to make a difference in the field of education and, as his peers’ say, ‘to make more ‘Vishnu’s’. Consequently, he resigned from the monotonous corporate life and got absorbed in the creation of SHIKSHAK-KUL.
